Trade Mission to Lille, France
Scottish Food & Drink businesses are being invited to take part in an exciting trade mission to Lille, France, from 8–10 September 2026 – designed to help companies explore and access the European market.
Following strong engagement from our recent EU Export Masterclass, this mission offers a practical next step for businesses ready to build connections, understand the market, and explore export opportunities in France and across the EU.
Why Lille?
France is a key European market and remains one of the UK’s largest export destinations. Located at the heart of Europe, Lille provides direct access to major markets including Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam, making it an ideal gateway for Scottish SMEs looking to establish an EU presence. Did you know you can access a market of 83 million consumers within a 300 km radius of Lille, covering six countries (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the UK, and Germany).
