USA Inward Trade Mission – 9th May 2023
Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce is hosting an Inward Trade Mission from the USA on Tuesday 9th May 2023. This is part of a weeklong mission which we will focus on a ‘Meet the Maker’ event allowing Scottish based producers of exportable goods including gifts, apparel, food & drink, textiles, creative crafts to showcase their products to members of NACTA.
We are looking for a wide range of Scottish producers from all over Scotland who are either already successfully exporting to the USA/Canada within the last 2 years or who are export ready and can demonstrate this as part of the application process.
The ‘Meet the Maker’ event will begin in the afternoon and will be followed by an evening of Scottish food & drink and music and lots of time to network with the US delegation.
Cost per business: £200+VAT ( non-refundable)
This includes:
- Exhibition space – table and space for a pop-up banner
- Access to US Retail Buyers and time to network
- Opportunity to showcase your products and tell the story behind the brand
- Light buffet lunch
- 1 x ticket for Scottish Themed Dinner in the evening

The North American Celtic Trade Association (NACTA) is the trade association for those involved in the sale and promotion of Irish and Celtic products in North America. Its membership represents retailers, vendors, manufacturers, distributors and designers from the US, Canada, Ireland and UK in this niche market.
